On-site breakdown, towing, vehicle transport and post-accident assistance within ~25 km of Annemasse and Greater Geneva, including neighbouring Switzerland on request.

3. Quotes & orders

Free quote when possible before dispatch. In emergencies, price confirmed by phone. Attendance equals acceptance.

4. Pricing & payment

Website prices are indicative (incl. VAT). Final price depends on distance, vehicle and surcharges. Card, cash, bank transfer. Direct insurance billing when applicable.

5. Motorways

On the A40, initial recovery is by authorised motorway service (112). SkyRoute Auto handles onward transport to your chosen destination.

6. Liability, cancellation & complaints

Professional liability insurance. Note any reservation on the job sheet. Cancellation after dispatch may incur travel fees. Claims within 8 days to contact@skyroute-74.fr.

7. Applicable law

French law. Consumer mediation available under French Consumer Code L.612-1.
